The report came about following research undertaken for Tony’s ICSA Conference presentation in Autumn 2006. He examined the business reviews of some 25 FTSE companies and assessed how ready they were for the changes in corporate reporting. His findings and conclusions have made interesting reading and helped TVC develop a focus for their clients in their corporate reporting.
